Need some guitar

Here is a little bassline I made up with a drum beat. It needs some fat guitar over it ( ). Anyone care to give it a whirl? I'd love to hear what anyone might come up with. Thanks.

Go nuts Phil! This is not an easy tune to come up with an accompanying part because there are a lot of chromatic notes and it doesn't really fit into any particular regular scale. I think that is why I posted it is because I really haven't come up with anything and was curious to see how others would approach this same tune.

[/ QUOTE ]To be honest, I have two opinions of this track:

1. I don't think the two are working well together as effectively as they could. It is not that they clash or sound bad as much as it sounds like possibly two different songs playing together. Maybe it's because I wrote this little bass line about 9 years ago and have been hearing it by itself for so long.

2. I really dig your guitar part(s). THere is something dark and catchy about it. I think you should take your part and work on developing it into it's own ditty. It has good potential. That's just my opinion though.
