I have an intro, and I need some help with chords for the song, I'm trying to get an 80's hair metal vibe, so please help, thanks.

the obvious (and not always the best) are D C Bb C or D C Gm Bb, maybe resolve to an F progression for a verse. I don't do metal myself but they are the obvious changes I can hear. Also the riff is leaning nicely to a 3/4 time feel so you might want to develop that.
