any (paid)fl studio users know how to re register

just wanted to post about the terrible customer service they have in case anyone is thinking of buying fl.i did a factory reset of windows and lost my username, password.i emailed them thinking they would send it to me.wrong they said i cant register the ce version.i paid for producer online 6 months ago it was two years ago i installed a creative ce version.im going to get a bank statement proving i am a paying customer and then if i need to contact the better buisiness agency.same with keyfax midi they will not return my email and i have my order#.you would think in this day and age with computers storing info they could look it up for me.at least cakewalk has good customer service.im not wanting to get ripped off anymore the last two times i ordered from american music supply i got a scratch and dent. are they selling used gear for brand new prices you bet.mistake on there part i doubt it.we should start a buyer beware thread so nobody has this going on.dont lose your passwords for any online purchase.and stay away from catalog gear.other than that my v-amp with the mid eq knob missing sounds great.that was the first scratch and dent from ams making it three total.why i re ordered from them i dont know i think i learned now.
