Backing track software

Wondering if you guys know which software is the best to create backing tracks. Something that will work on a Pentium II machine with 384MB Ram. Also something that can use something like Fruitloops.

I don't need a mixer for recording, since I would import it into my stand alone Korg D1200mkII. Any ideas?

Fruity Loops, SynthFont...there's tons of software out there to do this. I would seriously consider getting more ram though. 384 isn't much, especially if you're gonna use soundfonts.
