converting midi to wav


Hello, Can someone tell me how to convert a midi file to wav. I use n tracks, and i tried it once and the wave came out horibly.

yeah I could also go for tips on this subject too....I had a couple of programs that said it was free ....then it wsn't

I use Midi2Wav...go a google search on it.
