cubase


im having a bit o trouble gettin things to work with cubase. nothin ends up recording. ive got a nice sound card and a nice pedal. i run my cord into my 2nd line in port. my computer knows its there cause it actually plays, but when i try to record nothin happens. i cant figure out how to switch it to my second line in port on the front panel for my sound card. please give me some help.

I would check if it's enabled in Windows first. Go to recording properties under sound and make sure that the line in you are trying to use has the box selected. No select, no sound...
