Drum kit


How can I fill drum into my song while I don't hav a drum kit at home ? Is there a software that makes midi sound better or something ?

Me and my buddy use a keyboard for drums. We try to stay away from using midi, so we usually just connect striaght into the line-in on sound card.

is there any website where you can download drum sounds as WAV files (not loops, just the single percussion; like a snare, cymbal, crash, etc) ?

Do a search on the web for 'soundfonts' or 'sound fonts'. Sound fonts are basically wav samples of sounds that are triggered by midi. I think thye only work in Soundblaster cards but maybe others will work too. Check out hammersound.net There probaly are a few threads about it her as well.
