Guitar Tracks Pro 3 and Magix Studio 2004. 99 bucks puts this in the intermediate range but the features kick serious ass. Go check out the particulars on their website:

I made the switch to
Cubase SX about a month and a half ago and it just blew my mind. I prolly use 10% of what it's capable of so SE would prolly suite one well for quite some time.
