It's called LAME I think. It was a free program off the net and when you click on a wav or mp3, you have the choice to convert it to either at different sample rates. I'll see if I can find out more about it...It doesn't really have a program as such-just sits in the background BUT I must have the original file I d/l'ed. [img]images/smilies/headscratch.gif[/img]
