Does anyone have the program to convert the mp3 to LAME to shrink them down plz may i have send link thxs gang my hard drived crashed have to reload all my stuff been working on this for three days now

I thought Lame was just an mp3 encoder? In which case you can just use something to turn the mp3 back into a .wav(Audacity comes to mind just because its the only thing on my computer) and then rencode using Lame back to whatever bit rate mp3 you want.

If you want a good, free all-purpose tool, try dBpowerAmp. You can convert from mp3 to wav and vice versa. It also converts other formats like wma. Its mp3 formats are Lame and Blade, plus it has several bitrate settings. Here's a link:
