Non Midi sounding backing tracks

I am looking for a program that will make "real band" sounding backing tracks.

I would like someting that dosent take a college degree to figure out.

Any ideas would be great

Thanks in advance.

Is this GG40 from the Marc Seal board? If so, welcome bro
The only way to get a "real band" sound is to use a real band! Lol, but...you can get pretty close using a midi to trigger samples of actual "real" instruments and some effects. The most common sample format, which is what I use, are soundfonts. Check out my tutorial, pinned at the top of this forum, on how to do this with a program called SynthFont (it's free!).

What happens? Do you get an error message? If so, what does it say? Also, make sure you have the latest version of SynthFont. The earlier versions were a bit buggy. There was a bug in earlier versions that the program would often crash when opening a midi file without and arrangement file. You can get the latest version here...
