Re: Recording and sequencing

I'm still learning that too Joy, I recently got an Audigy 24 bit card (usb actually) and the difference in both recording and playback are marginally better.

Re: Recording and sequencing

Cakewalk 9.0 but I have Sonar so I'm going to (if I get the time) learn this more recent sequencer. 9.0 feels like a warm' safe place tho!

I'm considering buying Garage Band from Apple for my Mac. It's got 1000s of sampled instruments to play with and jam/compose.

Yeah. It seems to happen if I try to type something lengthy. I'll try again.

Re: Recording and sequencing

I am going to try to post this again Anyhoot, I bought an M-Audio Firewire 410 to input my audio to the computer. I have a Y-cable that I use to run both outs on the PODxt into the 410. I dropped Guitar Tracks Pro for Steinberg Cubase SX. I cannot rave about Cubase enough. It is just a pleasure to use and offers so many options. Lastly, I got Amplitube and this has got to be the best software ever written. It is just unbelievable. Go to http://www.amplitube.com and check out the samples if you aren't familar with the program.

Re: Recording and sequencing

Oh you mean it crashes when you submit? Mine does that sometimes too and it pisses me off when it happens Best thing I can suggest is to compose it offline and then paste it, that's the safest bet.
