AceTone amps info?

Hi,my first real post/request goes something like this - a one,and a two and a...
A recent second hand store score yielded an AceTone model 301 amp.General specs = 20-30 watts (not sure),2x8" speakers,1 power tube + 2 pre, approx knee-high,in nearly mint condition and seemly well worth the 20 Canadian Peso asking price. It reeks of cheese,as expected, but I'm just curious if anyone has any info about Acetone.
All I've been able to come up with is that AceTone was a previous company that evolved into the Roland corp.Specs/info is scarce, looks like something that may have come bundled with a guitar package out of a Sear's catologue or similar in the late 60's/early 70's.
My amp looks like the attached pic (from net, pretty much all I could find),but missing the shiny bits off the volume and tone knobs.Anybody got any clues?
Thanks for all...........b

A while back I bought an Ace Tone guitar amplifier with a model number of SA-3. Has three push buttons to change the contour of the sound. There are jacks for footswitches to turn the reverb and vibrato. Besides knobs to adjust these two effects there is a volume, bass, and a treble control. The inputs are low and high. Then there is a jack for some kind of input that has the letters TRE underneath. It has a 12 inch speaker that appears to be of low wattage judging by how small the magnet section of the speaker is.
