Burnt Fuse?

I have a few questions. First off I just bought a Fender 15g small practice amp and I was in the middle of tapping lol or at least trying to [img]images/smilies/icon_lol.gif[/img] and all of a sudden it went dead. I had it on for about an hour with my head phones on. How could that happen? Its brand new, I mean shouldnt that happen after useing it for a month or somethin. And where do you guys get your fuses from? I know its a stupid question but could you help a brother out. did you check the fuse to see if its blown? if it is, the amp rating should be on it. just get the same fuse. you can get little boxes of those at walmart.
