can a V-amp 2 be used with roland micro cube?

Sure,, why not? I own both of them,, and all ya need to do is hook it direct to the front of the microcube.,, and use the clean channels on the amp and add your distortion or anything from the v amp2. I have mixed em before myself.

thanks Scott. I bought a cube last year after listening to some of your mp3 clips with the cube. I really like the cube but would like few different sounds, how do you like the v amp?
