Guitarport files... where can i download them for free?
Hi, this is my first post. I own a guitarport but i'm not a subscriber to their online service. Would anyone here be kind enough to share their guitarport files... in exchange i'll email you my own list of MP3 backing tracks (mostly Joe Satriani's)...thanks!
Re: Guitarport files... where can i download them for free?
This won't work. I'm a former subscriber and have tons of GuitarPort files on my computer which are now useless. When they are loaded, the GP software checks to see if you are a subscriber.

There is loads of backings HERE that are originally from the Guitarport serivice. I've wondered about the truckloads of shit whoever could be found to be responsible for the site could get into.

Some tones from www.customtone.com can be used with guitarport with some minor substitutions (using Sine Chorus instead of analog chorus, etc).

Guitar Port is compatible with Pod at some level, it can accept mosft of it's tones. Try it, just download the tones and then copy them to a folder inside the tones subfolder of Guitar Pro.
I know this thread is super old but i wanted to share www.gptones.com as a way to share/download free tones for the guitar port. You know...if anyone gives a damn anymore.
