How Can I Load .GPT Files Since Line6 Edit Not Yet Avail for PODxt Live?

If I try to use Line6 Monkey, it warns me that it will overwrite ALL my settings. Is there any other way to do this?

Will the GuitarPort software work with XTLive?

Pod God, GuitarPort is not yet available for the xt Live...I did not know this before I purchased it Line6 says by the end of November that both will be enabled for xt Live (or by the end of the year).

Line 6 have a habit of releasing things pre-maturely. They did the same when the XT was released.

These days, complex products, certainly software/hardware/internet combo's like this are very difficult to schedule and slippage is a certainty. I suspect line6 has spent a bob or two making the xtlive and need to recoup that asap, can't hang around for buggy software to be fixed...wouldn't want to be a coder at line6 this xmas [img]images/smilies/smile.gif[/img]

oh by the way, can someone recommend a decent animated gif maker from bitmaps? im using coffeecup and it puts a bleedin icon in the corner when you make them...someones made a free one im sure........coffeecup, nice software, unfortunately they're just trying to sell to the stoopids...
