How to run a disc player and a pod together?

How would I run a discman into my podxt so as to practice with some Lesson material tracks? My discman has a line out, but where would I plug into the pod? I want to be able to sit on the couch with the pod, my tele, and a small disc player.

Thanks.

does your podxt have an aux in? thats what i dont like about the pod 2.0 that I own. It doesnt have n aux in for cd players. now the behringer v amp 2 has that feature that you can do this like you want to. there might be a way to get around to do it.

No Aux in. Kind of sucks, like I said, it would be nice to not have to be tied to the computer. Anyone have any ideas?

How about a small cheap mixer?

Behringer do some amazingly ridiculously cheap mixers, just 4 channels, maybe even phantom power if you think you may need that... I've seen them for about £45-50.
Having a mixer like that comes very handy.

Alternatively, you can use a portastudio's mixer section, with the advantage that you can record on them too...

there is a way.

play the CD in the Cd-drive of your PC.
and use 'guitarport' for the practice.
