How would I go with a 2x12 cab??

Hey I own a warhead combo and I was thinking of buying a b-52 2x12 cab that is loaded with celestion vintage 30's (same as my warhead). Then take the black grill off of that and make it look the same as the warhead. All up so I have, you could say an equivelant to a halfstack. But I aint a huge whiz when it comes to this stuff and just wanted to know what I need to know if I go ahead with my idea like any problems or wiring issues etc

I dont think it would be a problem as long as the outputs are both the same 16ohms. But why not buy the 4x12 and get the bigger bass response? I have a 2x12 marshall cab and it just doesnt get the big sound of a 4x12.
