Cool

Marshall DSL100

hi geeza's

Recently my wife treated me to a new amp my Marshall DSL100 head, well the thing is, I really need some suggestions
Its a 2 channel amp so that'll be my clean and rythmn so I'll use my GT6 for FX and lead sounds
Now can anyone give me some awesome settings for this set up to help me along any ideas will be greatly appreciated
Tony

I have the DSL50 so i will give it a try. Since you want lead sounds I would not put the GT6 in the effects loop. The overdrive pedal should push the amp from the front end. As for tone settings I keep the presence around 3 since it is a bright amp. Treble 12 oclock, mid 7, bass 5.

it depends if your going to use the overdrive pedals in the GT6 or just the verb, delay, chorus. If its only for delay etc , use the FX loop. But for overdrive pedal you want it in the front of the amp and not by passing the preamp.
