PODxt Tone Problem... Help me if you can...
Hello, fellow PODxt owners. I am looking for some assistance.
As you well know, me and VanMan are going to work on a collaboration of Kayleigh. Well, at one point, I had this sweet, sweet sound that I had used by starting with the EJ Clean sound (7D, I think), and then I added a delay. Sounded great to me.
Unfortunately, at the time, I really couldn't play the song at all.
Then, I upgraded the firmware on my PODxt. Little did I know that one of the problems that they fixed was that they used the wrong delay on the EJ Clean setting.
Did I save the tone first ? Nope.
So, I was wondering, if anyone out there could help me try to get this tone once again, because I can play it reasonably well now, but the tone is all wrong. Like I say, I think starting with the EJ Clean is good, because it has that Jazz Chorus sound that sounds like Steve Rothery. But I can't get a combination of Delay on there that sounds "right"
Any help would be greatly appreciated, then I can get the guitar for this completed and off to my man, VanMan to do his stuff over the top of. Errr, then he might record his vocals...
