Roland Cube 30?

I had bought a Cube a couple a months ago with my Epiphone Dot. Soon to find out when i played my buddies Marshall amp, my Roland Sounds like its shitting out notes in high gain (all notes have this dreadful aftersound and sound)instead of the warm tone i get from any other amp. If anyone has a cube can they tell me what they have and if its good for them or what should i do?

I've got one. I like it, i can get some good tone out of it. I dont realy know what you mean by dreadful aftersound?

I got the big one with the 3 10" speaks. Ive had it for 2 years now, and to be honest, ive probly only got 20 hours played thru it. I actually wanted the Jazz chorus, but Musicians Friend was out of stock, and I was impatient. I was able to get some pretty good Chili Peppers sound out of it, but other than that, my smaller, cheaper Marshall out-tones it any day.

I havnt experienced any of the aftertones you speak of tho. I dont think its a bad amp overall. I mean to play it one of these days...
