Tubes to be replaced ?

Hello eveyonbody,

I have a question. Might bea stupid one, but I'm not a very techie guy.
I know how to play with an amp (at least I like to think I do !), not really how to maintain it

Amp: Mesa Head Roadster (initial config => 6L6) + 2x12 Mesa Roadster

I had a problem for some time. After turning on the amplifier, sometime (rarely), the output would just stop, and I would not hear anyting coming from the guitar but some crackling (?). And it would go back to normal after few seconds.

I was out of town for 5 weeks. When I got back, turned the amp on. Worked for 20 seconds, and same thing happened... Except that now, it happens all the time. If I put it on Stand-by for some time, and back on => works a few seconds and stops...

Any idea what could be the issue ? (sure it's something stupid, but as I said, I am clearely not an expert)

Thanks in advance

Loïc
