V Amp patch loss problem

Hi,
I have a Vamp pro and I have started experiencing problems with the unit. Sometimes when I switch it on it has lost all my patches. When I open the sound library on my pc the list is all jumbled up and I have to import all my sounds again.
Has anybody experienced this? The unit is connected to my pc all the time so could it be a bug?

I had a similar problem..
I was fixing to toss the thing so I just opened it up to take a look see...
Turns out that the battery had never been soldered and was coming loose and losing connection...I resoldered it and it has worked like a champ ever since...
