Hey there,
first post i have looked around here before. I dont have any pedals or anything like that but what do these effects work for as in which v-amp? I was looking at all the tones and i said if these tones are what they say they are im going to buy one  So if anyone could help it would be awesome. the newbie, Pete |

these patches will work in the v-amp2, v-amp pro, and the v-ampire head and combo amps like the lx112. they all use the same patches. you have to get a midi to usb cable to connect to your pc in order to install or edit them into your unit.

Thanks for sharing these patches!
Just acquired a V-amp2 as a freebie (friend was getting rid some old gear), so I'm toying around with it. Not a bad piece, but it is what it is. Especially for me as my experience is with acoustics and recently impulsed bought an electric. Thanks again!  |

Sorry to double post....
Wondering if any v-amp2 users can recommend a good setting to use for U2's "City of Blinding Lights"? I have found some good U2 style patches but they are a bit off. Just can pinpoint what it is. Sounds a bit too dirty to me. Like I said, I'm sort of new at this so if anyone with experience with this gear could offer some tips I'd appreciate the help!  |
