VAmp and MIDI

I tried hooking up my VAmp through MIDI with no luck. I am running XP Pro. When I try to scan for the hardware, it can;t locate it. I have set ther MIDI of on throughput, and stillhave no luck. Suggestions or ideas?

You are most likely already an administrator of your local machine if you installed it yourself.

EJ,

I though your were a computer guru

Anyway, make sure you see the MIDI device registered under "device manager". You can also check if from "control panel" audio devices and the MIDI playback sound window..even though you will not select it for the default there.

If that does not work...call me and I'll try and fix it remotely for you.
