What's the difference?

My marshall has 4, 8, and 16 ohm options. How do these differ???

I don't think there is any difference tone wise. I think it's the power that is provided to the speakers though I could be wrong. Basically if you match your heads output impedence to your cabs input impedence then you really shouldn't worry about it!! If you don't match them I know that you can over load your amps transformers and screw em up. So just make sure your match is correct and you'll be sweet.

Try having a look at the road king manual from the above link and it goes in to cabinet and impedence in a fair bit of detail. If Randall Smith can't answer your question, then I don't know who can!!!!!

Hope that helps.
