uhhhhh, no. I like sports but I could care less who wins or loses. I could watch sports highlights films all day, but I could care less about Sports Center. I love to watch athletes and teams who are talented and who play "In The Zone" but I don't care who won the championship last year or who won the game last week. I played Soccer for 12 years. That was my main sport. If you walked up to me in the middle of a game and asked me the score, most of the time I couldn't tell you. I would have a vague sense of whether we were winning or losing, but rarely could I accurately report the score. And I don't always believe that whoever has the most points at the end of a game is the best team. I'm kind of a "gray area" kind of guy more than a "black and white" kind of guy. Anyway, rambling at this point, but hey, i can still hang in a basketball thread anyday! [img]images/smilies/woot.gif[/img]

Yea it's about that time. My Sixers have a new coach this year, who is a graduate of Roman Catholic High School where yours truly attended [img]images/smilies/icon_cool.gif[/img] We've got a ton of young kids that'll be coming off the bench to provide some spark, and if Big Dog Robinson brings his A game, we'll have a good starting 5 that should score some points, and work hard on the defensive side of the court. It'll be a great year if we make it to the 5th spot in the East this year. Heck, I'd call that a very great year.

Sorry Guys but basketball has started here to. My team is the current NBL champions for the past two seasons. We may have much, but we love it just the same. BTW any Melbourne Tigers supporters who come looking at this...we ate you last night with a 30-7 run in the last quarter. Beat you on the buzzer too. Don't get better than that! GO KINGS!
