I just received this CNN Alert "Judge in Kobe Bryant case rules accuser's previous medical, psychological records not admissible in trial".

That's a tough call I am sure, on one hand it could prove her history of lying on the other it could strip her chance at a fair hearing. It would suck to have to be the judge making that decision, lots to weigh out I am sure.
