WEEK #2 STEELERS 2-0.the brownies come up lame again.i thought they where the team of north div.?on paper maybe but when it's time to show up & do it the browns like always don't!!!!how about them bungels in cinn.hee hee hee they blow!palmer overrated! can't wait for the STEELERS D to get a hold of that rookie QBof the ravens,and BEN to chew up that OOOOOOOOOOOld d of baltimores!week #3 should be the 1st real game of the season for the STEELERS against the eagles.i'll be watching the game tonight when philly plays dallas,hope the eagles crush overrated never won a playoff game romo!anyhoot go STEELERS!!!!!!!
week#3 (2-1)OUCH!!the STEELERS o-line looked like swiss cheese against the eagles d!!!they could not stop the blitzing of the eagles.#9#9#9#9#9SACKS!!!!!!!!STEELERSoffense cord. did not know what to do.i should have guess why because he is from cleveland.ben needs to learn to get rid of the ball faster!the funny thing is the STEELERS could have still won that game!i blame the coaching for this game,they should have reajusted the game plan,more screens,dump passes,and have ben in the shotgun formation!still the STEELERS r in a weak div.So they have a good chance of wining the north div.as long as ben survives the season with that line.ravens next,GO STEELERS!!!!!!
week#4(3-1)STEELERS WIN,STEELERS WIN!but it was costly to the black and gold.coming into the game missing 2/3 of the d-line & fast willie parker,now #1draft choice mendenhall out for season &2 backup runningbacks plus 1 o-lineman out.STEELERS need to find a runningback or two!hope willie parker gets back sooooon!!!skippy reed w/ the game wining fieldgoal in overtime ,but i don't think this offense is that good and u can't count on the D to score in every game like last night.STEELERS r in 1st place right now ,i just hope they can stay there w/ this offense.ravens looked better than i thought of them in the start of season.next the jaguars,GO STEELERS!!!!!!
WEEK#5(4-1)BIG win for the black&gold!BIG ben played BIG&had a BIG game!the STEELERS o looked GREAT against the jaguars.it was nice to beat jacksonville for what they did to the steelers in the playoffs of last year w/ the hold on the last drive that gave them the win.the d like always was solid.ben threw over 300ydrs.moore4th string running back w/ 99ydrs &2backup o-linemen i think the steelers may have fixed the offense.with the ravens loss & the sorry bengals still looking for their 1st win,i think it looks pretty good for the BLACK&GOLD!next week is a bye so rest up THE MEN OF STEEL TOWN because the tough part of the schedule is coming!GO STEELERS!!!!!
WEEK#7(5-1)bungals,bungals same old bungals!i don't think crissy palmer could have help that jv team yesterday!WOW! did u see what HINES WARD did to that linebacker,he broke his jaw.it's always fun to see one of ohio's football teams winless!(Hee-Hee-Hee)BEN had a solid game ,the 3rd string rb ran for over 100yds,& again the D played great!now the BLACK&GOLD will play a real football team this week against the giants.i think we have a good chance to beat them.one because the STEELERS r playing at home in front of the GREATEST FANS,and two because if the browns can beat the giants,well thats all i have to say.GO STEELERS!!!!!!!!!!!
WEEK #8(5-2)the STEELERS let this game slip away.they could have and should have won this game!#1 if s. holmes could wait till the end of the season to smoke all the weed he wants,but he can't so he gets busted driving his suv with a cloud of smoke coming out of his window,and the pittsburgh police stop him & find 3 blunts on him.tomlin suspends him for the giants game and thats all for r #1 widereciever.next r longsnaper blows his knee out in the 4th quarter & i knew it would come back to haunt us.so when we had to punt from deep on our side of the field with a linebacker as the snaper &the punter had a pulled hamstring off whent the ball out of the endzone for 2 points to tie the game!still the STEELERS had a chance to win but the giants drove down to score their only t.d.to win the game.over all the D played good,the O looked good at times but when they had to score they made STUPID penalties that cost them the game!!!!!!!the STEELERS need to win against a good team soon or they just might not make the playoffs!redskins would be a good start,GO STEELERS!!!!!!!!!!
WEEK#9(6-2)if this D plays this good for the rest of the year i don't see a AFC team can beat the STEELERS!campbell came into the game w/ 0 ints at the end he had 2 with 7 sacks!portis ranked #1 rb w/ a avg. of 127yds per game at the end of the night had 51yds!u heard more STEELER FANS than redskin fans!now the offense,fast willie played ok for his 1st game back!ben did not look so great but he got hurt early & did not start the 2nd half.leftwich looked good but i would rather have my 100million dollar QB in there!1 thing i have to say why did tomlin kick a onside kick at the start of the game??????????luky the STEELERS D dug him out of that one!i'm still on the fence w/ tomlin because the roony's where to cheap to pay my coach BILL COWHER after he just won a superbowl!!!!!!!!lets just hope he learned from that call!this was a good win for the BLACK&GOLD!next the colts,GO STEELERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WEEK#10(6-3)what can i say but the STEELERS let this one get away!right when u feel good about this team, then they play a game like this one.BIG BEN is making BIG MISTAKES!the int. late in the 1st half was a killer,it set peyton to drive on a short field to make it17-14 when it should have been 17-7 with the momentumw/ the STEELERS!i don't know what is wrong w/ ben?is it the new 100million$ contract which is making him try to hard or the injury to his shoulder from week 1,but i know that he not runnig w/ the ball to get 1st downs instead he tries to press to much& is starting to add up w/ alot of ints. in key times!we miss FAST WILLIE!moore is a3rd string rb. for a reason.the STEELERS D had great chances to int. peyton but they dropped them!that has ben happening alot this year.now the STEELERS r tied w/ the ravens for 1st & r in the middle of the pack in the AFC w/ the patriots,jets,dolphins,broncos,colts!the chargers r next ,we play them at home but that has not help us so far maybe things will change next week?GO STEELERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WEEK #11(7-3)a win is a win even it was a UGLY win!i think i know the '08 PITTSBURGH STEELERS team.a very good D,& a ok O. James Harrison a.k.a.(silver back) won that game all by himself.the D looked GREAT again.Troy made a incredible int!!!!!ben had good numbers but could not finish a drive.maybe because of all the stupid penalties! I'll give ben a praise for the game winnig drive!but it took skippy reed to kick the fieldgoal.reed is a solid kicker as they come!Fast Willie Parker had a good game!it was nice to see him back!Rivers blows,i'll take BIG BEN over him any day! where was tomlinson?he had only57ydrs compared to Parkers 115ydrs!i think the STEELERS beat a bad chargers team & could have lost that game!by the way i had $$$$$$$$$$ on that game & the so-called offical blew the last play of the game !!!!!the STEELERS would have covered if the t.d. from TROY would have counted!i think the offical had the chargers + the points!!!!!!!!!next the bungals of cincinnati on thursday night .i should'nt have to worry much with that jv team coming into town!GO STEELERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WEEK #12(8-3)with 3 days of rest i'll take this win,but it was not that impressive of a win.the bungals never really had a chance against the STEELERS D!fast willie got hurt again!!!!they should rest him till the last game against the browns so he will be ready for the playoffs.ben looked o.k.,he ran for a t.d. which was nice to him do.maybe his shoulder is better now.the D lost a key player on the D. line( B.Keisal) with a knee injury,hope he comes back soon!now on this punter we picked up after r starting punter got hurt for the season is that u S*CK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!his avearge punts where under 30yds!then after he came off the field with a23yd punt the fans where heckling him so he sits down on the bench & gives the home team fans the bird!did he think that would stop the STEELER fans?it sure did not!they kept it up through the whole game.so i say when u see (P.Ernster) give him a BIG middle finger!i hope the STEELERS cut him, not for what he did on the bench,but what he has been doing on the field!!!!!!!!!the STEELERS O still needs to get better soon!next the hated patriots.GO STEELERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WEEK#13(9-3)Revenge is a dish served cold&wet!matt cassel WHO?the STEELERS D.made cassel look like what he is a never played a college game,clipboard backup Q.B.period.some people say,how about the two games he threw for over 400yds per game?all i have to say is a blind squirrel can find a nut too.and for the hooded genius belichick without a hallafame qb brady ,u look like the time u coached the SORRY BROWNS.u had no answers 4 the STEELERS D.it was great to see belichick standing in the rain confused and frustrated over the STEELERS superior team!ben played ok,willie played off & on ,moore played good.the D. will carry this team.next the cowgirls.GO STEELERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!! p.s.tomlin got rid of that no good punter too.
