Far as I’m concerned, Eddie’s the complete package. Technique aside, his rhythm playing, feel, songwriting, tone, riffs, leads, man, it’s all there. It’s like the best-tasting beer you ever drank in your life! ~Zakk Wylde

Yea I went down to a couple this year, but not as many as I would have liked. Luckily alot of the games were on Comcast Sportsnet this season, so I got to see plenty on tv.
So happy that my former favorite Flyer Craig Berube is on the staff. They had a great team this year, and going into next season the Flyers look great.
Possible additions:
Jeff Carter
Mike Richards
Joni Pitkanen
Denis Seidenberg
RJ Umberger
Todd Fedoruk
Patrick Sharp
Freddy Myer
That's alot of young kids the Flyers have and can add to their already deep roster.
I expect LeClair, Amonte and maybe even JR to be let go.

Re:
Huge Flyers fan here... going back to the Clarke days. I am up in Connecticut, but did'nt have a chance to get down to any of the games.
After seeing the Flyers fall short last year, missing the Cup Finals by one game, I hope the team stays Intact next season. I know alot of players are veterns, but letting Leclair,Roenick, or Amonte is not right! Gotta love all those guys! Plus Gagne and the Phantoms who will move up will be a great addition!

I hear ya dude, but it's time for the kids to play now. Especially with the incoming salary cap. Those guys just cost too much too keep em. And the Roenick thing, you really have no choice. Carter and Richards are both Centers. The Flyers already have JR, Preems, and Handzus. You insert Carter, but have no room for Richards. So somebody's gotta go, and I think it's gonna be JR. I hope not though cause he's my favorite hockey player besides Brashear and Desjardins.

I think they will probably keep JR. Depth at Center is good problem to have, also keep in mind the possibility of injuries.
I can see them letting go of LeClair & Amonte. I am very excited to see a new look Flyer team with quality goaltending.
The NHL will be a very different place when they start up this fall. I like the idea of a salary cap, they need to follow the NFLs lead where each team has a good chance at the begining of the year and you build your team through the draft and good signings. The Pens might even have a chance next year.

I agree actually. After talkin hockey with my buddies I think JR might be moved to Right Wing. He played there before two years ago when they tried out Gagne at center. So JR might stay, but I know for sure that Leclair is gone since we have Mike Knuble, and Amonte will be gone too. I'm just interested what they're going to do with Turner Stevenson. He's a big winger that can fight and score, but we already have Donald Brashear and Todd Fedoruk.
Oh, and the new rumor going around is that the Flyers have major interest in signing Scott Neidermayer. He's had a falling out with Lou Lamierillo and is looking to sign with another club, or atleast show that there's interest from other clubs.

Re:
I would love to see Roenick finish his career in Philly. Lots of "young guns" coming up in the org. and Roenick is a great leader for the younger players. (As Messier has done for his teams)
Primeau was great in the semis last year. He got my vote for MVP. He needs to stay captain, and continue playing where he left off. (even though he had a slight concussion during the Finals last year)
Esche is solid in net, I never really cared about Burke, he has to be close to 40 by now. I remember seeing him as a rookie in Hartford!
Peace Out.
