Yes, all of these songs are from the same show. Steven calling the Worcester crowd "Boston" is no different than a band playing the Palace of Auburn Hills, Mi. and addressing the crowd as "Detroit" -- very common for artists to refer to suburbs as if they were the major city closest to 'em.

Happens all the time...I've been to a number of Stones shows in Oakland where Mick refers to the crowd as San Francisco!
