Quallity:This is a very good audience recording 8.5/10 and this is THE ONLY boot with the original Blizzard Of Ozz band (ozzy, randy, bob daisley and lee kersalake) that is worth downloading cuz the boot from The Mayfaire theater in Sunderland and some other boots with the original line-up SUCKS..

This is the Chelmford, Odeon. You can hear every instrument in the the stage. In MY OPINION (like or not) this sounds as the Soundboard to Ozzfest 2003 3 disc-set “Remember the motto” with Jason Newsted.

Probably for only a few people, including Graveyard-Boots, this boot will suck to them; these are people that asks for pro-recordings even if its from 1950. Anyway, for the rest of users: enjoy!

This is definitely a significant improvement over the 1980-10-10 Tauton audience recording so I will likely delete that one from my collection and keep this one instead.

Thanks very much for posting this, especially if you posted this per my request in another thread. You're right that the sound quality is on par with 'Remember the Motto' (the 2003-06-11 Toronto show) but note that the Toronto show is also an audience recording, not a soundboard.

As for sound ratings, you make it seem like I'm some kind of sound quality Nazi. That's not really true. I've been collecting bootlegs for over half my life and now have almost 1500 hours of recordings in my collection. If I gave up sleeping and did nothing but listen to my bootleg collection 24 hours a day, seven days a week - I'd have enough music to last me more than two months' worth of listening without ever repeating a single bootleg. With so much music and only so much time left until I die, there's not enough time in life to waste straining my senses to try to find enjoyment in a poor quality recording. As such, it's not unreasonable for me to want to be selective about what I keep and what I delete from the collection.

Having said all of that, I'd rate this show (1980-10-22 Odeon, Chelmsford) about a "B" and it's definitely a keeper.
