This is a direct copy of my 3 disc cdr entitled "2002-10-02 Ressurection" Live Hammersmith Odeon London UK,
where David Bowie makes his emotional return to the Hammersmith Odeon on 2nd October 2002.
Not much else I can say about this other than it's one of the best recordings to emerge from the 2002 tour.
This is an excellent Audience recording, which I would rate at Ex+ or 8/10.
This disc has a good mix of old and new material. This is the first time the Bewley Brothers was played live in a theatre,
to a paying audience and also this disc has a fantastic version of Moonage Daydream at the end of which Bowie grabbed a black and silver tinsel boa that someone
had thrown on the stage and wound it round his neck. "I left it last time I played here," he joked. "I found it under a chair".
On listening to Moonage Daydream this is as close as it can get to sounding like, "The Spiders From Mars"
without it being them!
Bowie also says before "Moonage Daydream" "Not only is this the last song of the night, but it is also the
last time we will ever play during this fucking tube strike!". The encore then lasted a further 9 songs!
