yes, Welcome back is a great vintage live ELP. sound is EX+.

For a document of the '77 Works tour, you can't go wrong with picking up the Orchestral Works Montreal Olympic Stadium DVD. It comes as double sided dvd with the excellent '73 Manticore documentary on the other side.
