Many thanks for these great posts. Unfortunately the Inside September discs are not included in the rapidshare files listed. Would it be possible to upload that album again please?

Thank you for posting the September albums along with the other "Inside" sessions, what a fantastic collection of outtakes!

I guess there can't be too many more Sinatra sessions circulating, aside from the two From The Vaults albums? Here's hoping there may be some rare concert recordings from the '50s out there somewhere.

Thanks again!

Fascinating stuff. I'm sure most of you know how to do this but for those of you who want to edit down the tracks to cut out the talk and bits where the song stops halfway, you might think about using Audacity (it's free) to cut them up into single Mp3s.

thanks for the heads up BillyMac. For me it is often simply a philosophical question: Do I simply want to enjoy the music or do I prefer the complete presentation (as though I was there myself)? My answer varies based on how much I like the artist and/or the performance.

I really enjoy the multiple & partial takes in the one track. It's fascinating trying to work out just what was wrong with a partial take that Frank cuts short that sounded absolutely fine to my ears & I find that a lot of the time, the most interesting parts are the between song chatter over arrangements/mistakes etc, but I can see how this is not for everyone. Over time, I'll probably want to put individual takes in a seperate compilation, but at the moment I just want to imagine myself there with the orchestra.
These are as fine a collection of out-takes as the Miles/Evans sessions, and the Pet Sounds & SMiLE sessions & really lead to a greater understanding of the method in Sinatra's magic. I had no idea there was such a thing as a Sinatra bootleg until a few months ago, so many thanks to itsjustme2.0 for these & the others.
