Please, humor us. Who did you report this site to? Your mommy? Daddy perhaps?

Good question who would you report a site to? Never heard of that one before... The only thing that does make me wonder about this site sometimes is that i get a message from Norton (My web security thing) that
"Security Risk "Trojan.Pidief.F" has been blocked from gaining access to your computer and that your computer is safe"
and afterwards i do have to reboot my computer but it's not an everyday thing and it hasn't nor will it ever keep me from coming here. It's just a computer thing i guess!
I also in the hundreds of boots i've downloaded NEVER have had any problem!

I am also always looking for the following;
Flaming Ember 1970's Detroit, Michigan area band (Westbound #9, I'm Not My Brothers Keeper, etc;)
Chicago 12/01/1977 Terry Kath's last show
Puddle Of Mudd
Bob Seger Anything from 1983's The Distance tour
and if you should come across anything and could post it i would be forever grateful...
Thank You!!!

I would not bring this up unless it was already being discussed but, I use Norton and got this same warning. Not sure if it's from anyhting I dl'd here or from a blogspot site or BTX or what. Norton seems to have stopped whatever this was but I guess I will have to be more careful when unzipping files.

Fool
Been here 5 years, DL loaded over 1 TB of data...NOT a bug once.
Simple practice of scanning your files each time works.
I have never seen a nasty come up in my scans of any data downloaded here.
Dumb, dumb, dumb statement.

I agree with everyone here. I've DL'ed a shitload of boots from here and have NEVER had a problem with any of them. Sounds to me like this guy has a major PC problem and wants to pin the blame on this site.

I also use Norton and mine told me the trojan is laced within the pop-up ads that contain flashing effects. The thing with Norton is, it picks up certain 'programs' and confuses them with trojans-it does this with Realplayer (because of the messages it send you, it says it is adware/spyware). It does not recognize the signature on the page so it assumes it is a trojan or something malicious.
Thank god for great virus protection, but sometimes it's a pain in the ass!
Always investigate!

Norton isn't what I'd call great, since most viruses are their company's doing.
Anyway, there is no virus on the site, only constant popups. If you have the proper software, then you don't have to worry.
