Jim Croce: Last Concert (He died 15 minutes afterward!)

Jim Croce: Last Concert 1973 (He died 15 minutes afterward)
Date: 1973

Here is a REAL Treat for all you Jim Croce Fans ... This is THE LAST Show Jim performed before his Untimely Death in 1973. This is an Audience recording & Very Good for its time.
This cd contains the final moments of the legendary Jim Croce and his Lead Guitarist, Maury Muehleisen. Only fifeteen minutes after this concert ended, they were both killed when their charted plane crashed during take-off from the Natchitoches, LA airport. Jim and Maury had just given a great show on the campus of Northwestern State Unversity in Natchitoches, Louisiana. They had been well received by almost 2000 fans.
The artwork is pathetic. German source and his last name is misspelled.

01 - Rapid Roy (The Stock Car Boy)
02 - Workin At The Carwash Blues
03 - Operator
04 - Roller Derby Queen
05 - Lover`s Cross
06 - Thursday
07 - Speedball Trucker
08 - I Got A Name
09 - Top Hat Bar And Grill
10 - Bad Bad Leroy Brown

Might sound inconsiderate but, it's worth having BECAUSE he's dead......I think you know what I mean. Thanks for the relic. Anyone who likes JC, check out the DVD the family(his wife) put out it's definitely worth it.

Thanks! A somewhat somber feel to looking forward to this boot, just because I know the circumstances afterwards.

But, a very interesting piece of music history and looking forward to the JC boot in my collection. Thanks!

Thank you, 2.0. This is part of music history. So sad they both died so young.

Thank you for this great show!!! Jim Croce was great and the music world suffered a great loss that night.
