Hey Folks!

With the apparent revival of Journey on this board in the last few weeks, we've seen some great music and great shows. I'm feeling very grateful to some of the posters who have been sharing so much lately. Anyway, I was thinking that some folks may have missed some shows, and there are many shows which are out there which haven't been posted yet. So, here is the list of Journey shows and files I have (at least I think this is all of them), so if you've missed any of these shows and would like them reposted or see something that hasn't shown up here yet, let me know, and I'll try to put them up over the next few days.

Probably 50-60% of this stuff came from this board originally, and I am NOT claiming credit for any of these shows - I'm just trying to pass along some great music that I've accumulated. If this is not OK for any reason, I'll ask the WM to remove this post.

This is a great idea! I was thinking about doing this because I want to post more of what I have, but I want to see want people have/don't have. I see several that I have, that you haven't listed, which I can upload. These include:

I might just rip the audio from the ones that are DVDs and post it. (BTW, anyone know of a good [free] program that will do this?)

Hey Steve, thanks for responding! You were right, Trial By Battle and Round And Round are still available on the board (and I think I downloaded them when they were originally posted, but now I can't find them

). I will start working on posting the ones you requested tonight. Please keep in mind that the two I have listed from 1998 with WYLAW and ATL are only the one song each. I don't have the rest of those shows, although I would love to if someone has them.

It would be great if you would post some of the stuff you have, too. The 1976 shows would be great (just got the one from Shodan), as well as the Diamond Night show...who am I kidding? I'll take anything and everything you post! I have become a total Journey fanatic through the years since my first exposure to them back in 1983 or so. I will eventually post everything you requested, although it may take a few days.

If anyone else has a list they'd like to share, come and join the fun!

You guys are great. This is one heck of an idea.
As you are probably aware, i am pretty new to this site although i have posted a fair few files.
I have however not posted any Journey apart from the Day On The Green cuts, and Journey are my fave band, and Perry my musical hero.

I do have a fair few shows that you have not listed, that i was always intending on posting eventually, but i am getting requests for other things at present and i work long hrs so its finding the time.

I shall post a list of what i have in the next day or so. I shall then post anything that anyone requests.

As i said earlier, you guys are great, and i am really loving my time here at guitars101, especially amongst fellow Journey fans.

Well, gosh

- I was worried that everyone would think this was a dumb idea! Thanks for the responses. I've got everything that has been requested so far zipped up and ready to go, but my upload speed is pathetic tonight (stupid cable modem!), so I'll have to upload from work starting first thing in the morning. I have a pretty decent DSL connection there, and I'm the network administrator, so it shouldn't be a problem to get it all put up during the workday tomorrow. I can't wait to see what some of the other "hoards" around here might contain (this means YOU gqdaddy and mystichealer, and anyone else who has anything to share)!

Let the Journey keep on flowin'!

Hey thanks, if you could post the 2006 Arrow show, and the 7-24-06 show.

I ahve several shows, plus some Styx shows from Equniox up, and some REO and Rush. Just have to figure how to up load to here. Any ideas?-ERIC

You might as well put the single songs together in one download, rather than one one song per post.

I'll definately work on posting the shows I have, may take a few days but I will post them!

And I know gqdaddy has some good shows he's hoarding!

Better idea: make a whole Journey bootleg subforum! Van Halen shouldn't be the only band that gets one...

The 7-24-06 show was posted here I believe, try and find it, but I'll post it if necessary (that's not to say no one else can upload it!) I'll add the 2006 Arrow show to my list of shows to upload.

I'm glad you have some stuff to share! You can put each show in a zip file and upload them to a file hosting site like http://megaupload.com or http://linkmyfile.com and there are others. Then just create a new thread with the link and everyone will download the show and be happy and shower thanks on you.

Hi Guys,

great initiative. I'm new to this site and I must say: It rocks!

What I see is that almost every post is in MP3. Why does nobody post in FLAC or SHN files, so you can burn in LOSSLESS format?
I rather prefer to have a show in good Lossless quality than more shows in lower quality.

IS it possible to post in this files??

As said earlier at the start of this thread. Lets all pull together on this and share what we all have. This is a great time for all of us to stop hoarding all our stuff and let other Journey fans hear these wonderful shows from over the years.

Oh and PLEASE lets not forget the Steve Perry stuff too (Solo stuff).
So come on guys, tell us what you have please, and SHARE!!

Eric. Good to see you on here. I know you from other boards, and we have contacted each other in the past so i know you have some great Journey stuff.
