Journey - West Palm Beach, FL 2001

Hey guys. This is showing up on dime at the moment so thought i would nip in here with this version that i have had for many years. This did not come from dime. Its from my own collection.

Anyways, here's an excellent Augeri show, audience recording that i would rate as an A. Its very good indeed. I was at this show and it rocked (big time).

''Also, does anyone know a good programme to extract audio from a dvd, as i got Augeri's last show from Jones Beach on dvd and wish to put the audio from it on here to share!! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.''

Thanks Mystichealer for sharing this one. I actually traded for this one a few months back. I like it because it has All the Things. As far as getting audio. I go about it the long way. There is a program called wave repair. You can download for free. It was developed to record 38 records and cassetes. But you can use it to record anything off of your computer. The problem is this, if your DVD is 1 hr. and 30 minutes then it takes 1 hr and 30 minutes. This is how I have recorded all my DVD's.
Here is a link for a free download
http://www.delback.co.uk/wavrep/download.htm
Just download the latest version. Here is some instructions for it.
http://hometown.aol.com/maxman1986/recording.html
Just print off the instructions and it will tell you what to do. Hope this helps.

Hi, all! I've been a member of this forum for several months but I've mostly been lurking. I am the guy who wrote the recording instructions in the link that Terry posted, and I decided to come out of lurking because I'm flattered that he posted it. I hope you find it helpful.
As Terry said and as I discuss in my guide, Wave Repair is the best program I know of that will allow you to do this for free. If you would rather do it more quickly, there is also a section in my guide about ImToo's DVD Audio Ripper. This program costs $29 but will allow you to complete the process more quickly. This program also gives you the advantage of being able to rip in many formats including WAV, WMA, and MP3 at whatever bitrate you want. Both programs will get the job done equally well, it's just that one takes more time while the other costs money. Which one you choose is up to you.
I'd like to end this post by thanking you all for the great boots! This site rocks! I hope to contribute soon.

Thanks Chris. I'm pumped to hear this one. I've never heard a live version of "All The Things." There are a lot of good tracks on Arrival and I wish they would have played more of them as they went along, but what can you do?

Very Nice Chris! I've already grabbed the flac version over on that other site mentioned but sometimes there are multiple sources for a show (you never know) and hey... you just saved me some time converting it for my ipod!!! So I'm grabbing this right now. Much thanks! You guys are great! Thanks for sharing the music!

Tupchurch... I use Imtoo for ripping audio from DVD's (Shelled out $30 for it) works great. But I'm going to try out the software you posted and see if it works any better. Thanks for posting that info.

Thank you very much! Love "All The Things". Arrival should have been pushed so much more than it was. Cannot wait for the Jones Beach show. I was there.
