Journey - Winterland Arena - '76Here is a great show from 1976, recorded at San Francisco’s Winterland Arena. This show does NOT include Steve Perry. The sound quality is excellent. Anyone who is not familiar with pre-Perry Journey is missing out on some really great music. For those of you who fall in to this category, I hope you enjoy what you hear. Great post! Been listening to this one for the last two days. Solid A- maybe an A. Very good quality show. If you haven't grabbed this one then you should! My only question is the beginning of the recording we hear that Journey has finally come home from a long tour. So am I assuming the date on this baby is 11-12-76? There was another show at Winterland in 76' after this one but I would think they would say back again, last show of 76' or something to that effect if it was the second show.  Here are the two dates for the 76' tour.... what do you guys think? November 12,1976 --- Winterland. San Francisco, CA December 31,1976 --- Winterland. San Francisco, CA
