Kansas- Monolith Tour (1980) in Japan Bootleg

You have successfully uploaded a file called Two For The Stage (Monolith Tour in Japa.zip (217 MB), to sendspace.

Description: The Worst Kansas Bootleg Known to Man- Monolith in Japan
You can use the following link to retrieve your file:

http://www.sendspace.com/file/5h07ye

Last 4 songs are from 12inch vinyl single releases, thus they sound normal. Hope you like Japanese hand-clapping!

Supposedly the last 4 were released by Kirshner label as single releases.

Maybe the show is from Budokan, Tokyo January 16th 1980.

The last 4 songs maybe from:
Lonely Wind (Don Kirshner Show ´73)
Dust in the Wind (Don Kirshner Show ´77)
Song For America (Don Kirshner Show ´75)
The Wall(Don Kirshner Show ´76)

Nice Weekend

FYI...According to the 1999 CD from Highland Records:

Lonely Wind is from Kirshner Show '73, Dust In The Wind is from Kirshner Show '77, Song For America is from Kirshner Show '75, and The Wall is from Kirshner Show '76.

Off into the sunset like the western heroes do...

The last four songs are from a 1978 album called the Kansas Mini-Concert. It's a very rare album released by Kirshner Records right after Two For the Show (1978). Side A has these four tracks "banded" (mixed together), Side B are the same tracks "unbanded" (separated). This is Side B of that album.

Love to all!!

Thanks for the Kirshner info, was not aware of that release. I had always thought Lonely Wind was a release from TFTS, was it actually from the Kirshner release??
