KISS did two reunion tours during the 1996-1997 time period. 1996 was the original reunion tour, which featured many dates across major United States cities (and Japan), while the Lost Cities tour took the band to places like Canada, Mexico, and smaller US cities.
Mexico City marked the first night of the Lost Cities Tour, and the band added a few new songs to the setlist since the first leg of the tour, such as 2,000 Man, and I Was Made For Lovin' You...
For collectors, this is a nice addition. A good setlist, and the band played well. The sound quality isn't amazing (partly because of the size of the event, and it is an audience recording after all), but it is still listenable. Artwork is included, but the track listing isn't the same, and the actual pictures of the band are insanely pixelated.
My only complaint about this paticular concert is that the sound quality is a little bit below average. Shock Me does stop about halfway through the song (the 2nd half is on the following track, "Ace's Solo", along with Ace's guitar solo), but like I said, if you ignore the below-average sound quality, it is a good concert.
