MASSACRE (Fred FRITH / Bill LASWELL / Charles HAYWARD) - in Paris 2008Live in Créteil (Paris suburb) 22 February 2008
Fred Frith - guitar Bill Laswell - bass Charles Hayward - drums, melodica This concert is hot, freshly recorded from last month. This was their second appearance at the Sons d'Hiver festival (their first was in 2003) and once again, they delivered a wonderful set. It is an audience recording, with excellent sound. I did a bit of editing during the encores (applause only, no music was cut) in order to fit the whole concert into a single 80 minutes CDR. mp3 @ 320 kbps cover art included (and I'm very proud of my artwork ! na !) sounds great, definitely pushing me to plop down the cash and drive the 8 + hours to see frith at the actuel festival in may in quebece
hemix - chris cutlers band is playing paris in april (24th i think), will you be going and recording? |
