I would say my personal favourite boot is the 1988 Holland one, great sound, and the coolest live version of "Mary Jane" I've heard.

I also like the one where it's just a 3-piece band. (I guess they couldn't find Chris Poland again, or it was right before he was in the band.) It's definitely different sounding, as Dave Ellefson is basically playing rhythm guitar with the bass, as well as his bass lines, to help cover the lack of an additional guitar.

The back-to-back London shows have some pretty good sound, too...

I don't recall off the top of my head, but I do know there are early versions of "Wake Up Dead" (called Blood And Honour, totally different vocals), and "My Last Words" (called Next Victim, a little rougher version).
