Here We Go With "Nazareth" Recorded Live At "Lockport, New York" First Off Though This Is Not The "Dan McCarffety" Version Of "Nazareth" That We All Know, It Is In Fact Former Guitarist "Manny Charlton" Attempting To Tour Under The Name Of "Nazareth" Rather Like The Attempted "Purple" Tour In Early 80's. However At Times The Vocalist Does Sound Very Like "Dan McCarffety" Anyway Enjoy.

this is what the file says: "Part of the Canal Concert Series of free concerts. These used to bew held in North Tonawanda, but they're now a few blocks from my house, so I grabbed a cheap cassette recorder and taped this one. The quality on this is pretty amateur, because the recorder wasn't the greatest. It puts a LOT of noise down on the tape and also records very quiet. After taking a lot of the noise out the spectrum is real dead, so it had to be EQ'd a bunch. There's still a rumble in the low end, because there really isn't any low end, and I had to boost it up a bit, bringing up the noise too. The beginning is a bit dull sounding, but I moved after a while to a spot where I was less blocked by the crowd. During Love Hurts a cute little girl next to me started banging on a tamborine, so I moved again. I really didn't think this was that important of a show, but it was free, so here it is. Hey, if I had paid for it I'd want my money back, since Dan McCafferty wasn't the singer anymore. How's it Nazareth without Dan? The only original member is the bass player! The new singer isn't that bad, however. Sounds a lot like Dan on Beggar's Day and Razamanaz and similar stuff, but not so much on Love Hurts.

be interesting to hear the GUITAR from a 70+ year old Charlton
Dan is the Nazareth voice, but not many can sing like that
can't wait to DL

I`m sure this is the manny charlton band , playing nazareth songs , the songs manny wrote together with dan , pete and darrel. Nazareth is still touring with dan on vocals , pete on bass , pete`s son on drums , jimmy on guitar and ronnie on keyboard.

Ok , sorry , this is what i didn`t know , so , we have Nazareth and Nazareth , i`m lost , ha ha , thanx a lot for the info , i must confess it`s good to hear Manny playing , he`s really one of my heroes from the 70-ties together with the old Nazareth.
