This is an earlier Nirvana bootleg that originally came out in 1992. The version of "Son Of A Gun" is identical to what you hear on "Incesticide" except instead of that feedback screech into, you have the 'real' beginning of the song. When this disc came out it was top of the line, and is still well above average.
