Gary Hoey . Hey, fans of guitar shredders, do yourself a favor and check this guy out. Amazing! Garyhoey.com. I reccomend all of his stuff but for newbies to him pick up his live album Hocus Pocus Live, Bug Alley and/or the greatest hits to get a true taste of what he is all about.
