Wow, sounds like you have some really cool boots! I'd like to hear that John Mellencamp one. Now to post boots what you gotta do is this:
1. Under the box you write in for your message, there will be an option that says "manage attachments" Click this box.
2. Next you select which file you want to upload, (you'll have to select what folder and the file name for example)
3. then click upload and it will upload your file into your post!
There is a 10mb limit for uploads. If you subscribe (donate) to the site you get a higher limit.

It's just 10mb total. So what that means is you can upload 10mb worth of files, then you can take some down to free up space for something else. I think you gotta pay for more space because it costs quite a bit of cash for server space for all the files uploaded.
To manage your files after you have them uploaded click on "User CP" at the top of the screen. Then, on the left, down the page there will be an option for "manage attachments" or something along those lines. Then from there you can delete files and whatever else.
What some people do is upload one, two, or even three files per day (deleting the ones from the day before) then they can post a show that way.
