PENTAGRAM
june 27 2009
chicago, illinois
empty bottle
this was pentagram's second ever show in chicago and was added as the 1st night sold out soon after the
tickets went on sale the bass player broke a string during "take no more." ron holzner of earthen grave/trouble provided his bass till the string was replaced.
guitar is a little thin. you'll hear bobby complain about it a couple of times. towards the end of the set, bobby placed his mic against
the emperor cabinets, making the guitar louder. they also played 2 new tunes from the forthcoming album. it was very loud
and the empty bottle was filled to the brim. you will hear some static from time to time, more so during the peak notes
of the vocals. dont know what caused this to happen.
bobby was very animated, and worked the crowd to its fullest. no doubt they exceeded everyone's expectations
